New Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Dr. Werner Dub
The Supervisory Board of MVV Energie CZ a.s. elected the new Chairman at its meeting in Mannheim. With effect from 7 December 2011 the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company is Dr. Werner Dub.
Dr. Werner Dub has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 29 September 2011 when he replaced Matthias Brückmann in his position in the Supervisory Board.
Mr. Matthias Brückmann held the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MVV Energie CZ a.s. from 2007 and has still been a member of the Board of Directors of MVV Energie AG in Mannheim.
Dr. Werner Dub has been a member of the Board of Directors of MVV Energie AG in Mannheim since January 2000.
