Our results are stable thanks to a pro-customer approach – Jiří Koptík assesses the year 2017
„Also, in 2017, we have successfully implemented loyalty programs, which reflects our customers' high levels of satisfaction. We achieved excellent business results in an energy market undergoing a number of technical and regulatory changes. Now we are continuing the wide-ranging modernization projects of GreenNet in Liberec and Pelhřimov," says Jiří Koptík, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MVV Energie CZ.
Customers greatly appreciate loyalty programs and an excellent level of services connected with heat supply. This was the outcome of our customer opinion survey, carried out regularly by the Group since 2015. „Our pro-customer approach is most valued by customers in forming partnerships under long-term contracts for loyalty," says Jiří Koptík, adding: „Now we are continuing with „GreenNet" projects to replace steam piping with a more efficient hot-water alternative, which will allow us to achieve significant reductions in heat loss. This high investment, requiring about half a billion crowns, is at least partially offset by state subsidies, as these projects also contribute to the fulfilment of the environmental objectives of the Czech Republic.
